Michael I. Bernstein has been providing clients with exceptional legal service for over ten years.

Mr. Bernstein graduated from New York University with a B.A. in Political Science, and received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
While in law school, he served as a clerk for Judge of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Kings County, and worked with small
law firms specializing in collection, commercial litigation and construction law.
Mr. Bernstein also clerked for the managing attorney of the bankruptcy division of the New York County Legal Aid Services.
Mr. Bernstein is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Florida and before the United States District Courts for the four
Districts of New York.
Over the past ten years, Mr. Bernstein has been affiliated with the New York Trial Lawyers Association,
the Commercial Law League of America, the Wright-Holmes List, the Columbia Law List, the New York County Lawyers Association,
the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association.
