Commercial Litigation

Each lawyer associated with our law firm has experience representing and advising individuals and businesses as to their rights and liabilities, especially respecting contracts, sales, purchases, and trades relating to all areas of business and commerce. We are well versed in state and federal statutes governing business and commercial law, lien law, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and other applicable laws.

With large, mid-sized and small companies in many varied businesses as clients, we have successfully litigated cases involving a few thousand dollars to those involving millions of dollars. Each case is evaluated at its inception with an eye on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

We appreciate the fact that the most aggressive litigation strategy may not always be the best solution to a legal problem. For obvious reasons, we have learned that most clients prefer to spend less money on legal services and more on their business. In every matter we handle, therefore, we seek to identify an objective, design a solution to fit that objective, and implement that legal solution in the best manner possible.
